The whipped honey is previously crystalized so we suggest you preserve it in a cabinet, pantry or on a counter. Please do not keep the whipped honey in a very warm spot (like next to the stove or in the sun) as the heat will de-crystalize the honey, turning it back into a liquid honey. If that happens, you can put it in the fridge until it companies back up.
