Prianiki with Honey and also Spices
The prianik is the earliest of the Russian sweetmeats. Generally it is a tiny cake made with honey and seasonings (prianosti). Prianiki can also be made with various tastes and also resemble a slightly floury meringue. If very hot honey or syrup is utilized planned, the dough must be left for an hour or more in the fridge before baking.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
10 tbsps granulated sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp cardamom
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp olive oil

Mix with each other oil and honey. Beat eggs and sweets till white and also fluffy.

Sort flour with cooking powder and stir in the flavors. Gradually combine the spiced flour into the eggs and sweets then add the honey. The dough needs to be rigid however moist. Amazing for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
