Honey Smoked Turkey
1 (10 pound) whole turkey
2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
2 tbsps ground black pepper
2 tbsps celery salt
2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil
1 (12 ounce) jar honey
2 tbsps veggie oil
Get rid of neck and also giblets from turkey. Wash the bird and also pat dry. Location in a tool barbecuing skillet.
In a medium dish, mix with each other sage, ground black pepper, celery salt, basil and also grease. Drizzle mix over the turkey. Turn turkey bust side down in the pot.
