Can I send a note with my flowers? Where can my recipient find it?
Yes! Check the box labeled 'This is a gift' in your cart or at checkout and write your personalized message. When your flowers arrive, the recipient can peel back the shipping label to reveal your note.
Will my flowers arrive in buds, or already blooming?
We pick most flowers in bud form. They travel much better and you can enjoy them longer. Some flowers, like mums, arrive fully open. Others, like roses and alstroemerias, need a day or two to bloom. Lilies and sunflowers may require a few days to fully pop. The warmer it is, the faster they will open, but avoid overheating and direct sunlight!
Can I pick the delivery date?
At this time, there is not an option to choose a future date (although we hope to have one soon!). All flowers ship overnight via UPS or FedEx. For next day delivery, order Monday through Thursday before 1:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will arrive in two days. All orders placed between 1:00 p.m. EST on Thursday and 1:00 p.m. EST on Monday will arrive the following Tuesday. Confirm your delivery date at checkout.
Do the flowers come pre-arranged?
Our floral designers arrange each bouquet specifically to maintain quality and consistency. However, you can arrange yours to your preference. When they arrive, simply cut the stems to your desired length, remove any leaves that will be underwater, and style them however you like!

Yellow leaves, when arrived all the flowers had been open for several days and were dried and withered.

I've ordered these twice and have been pleased with the product on both occasions. They hold up well. The photo was taken eight days after their arrival. Don't be disappointed when you first open the box. Follow the directions and put them in the vase. They've had a long trip and just need a chance to recuperate.

My boyfriend had these delivered last Tuesday. When they arrived I pulled them out of the box and they looked like they had started to die in transit, and then I really worried after reading the several reviews that they were DOA. They perked up the next day and were in full bloom on Day 3. And now TEN DAYS LATER they are still beautiful. All I did was change the water, trim the stems and discard dead flowers and leaves (which weren't that many, as you can see) every two or three days. I can't believe how long they've lasted.
I have only a few minor complaints- the bouquet didn't have all the colors as in the picture. There are white, light pink and dark pink ones in there and ones with shades of yellow, but in the picture there are much brighter yellows and I think even a few orange. Also, remember it's 100 blooms, not 100 flowers. Each flower has about five blooms on them. I counted the blooms, and I think they were still a bit under 100. Still, plenty big and beautiful enough!
